If Corsa would assist with production costs, I could make one. (This would be nominal) We could sell it to members for a nominal fee as a fund raiser for the club and use the proceeds to offset membership fees.

  Yes, thank you. I bought a Hobart 140 yesterday, before I got your e-mail. It was only 418.00 and since I plan to do only steel it seemed like the way to start. I'm worried that I'll electrocute myself or fry my eyes but otherwise I'm ready to start practicing today. I wish there was a video that showed the MIG welding process.
