CORSA allows all cars in all classes to replace the tires without penalty.
You can not get into the Factory Stock classes (original or restored) if you
do not use the correct size for the year of your car. In addition if you use
a whitewall you must be within certain sizes of the original. Please consult
the CORSA Concours rules at:

www.corvair.org <http://www.corvair.org/>

then look up the rules for concours

Do not use 44 year old tires on any car they are dry rotted and dangerous.
Use the original wheels and new correct size tires for whatever the intended
use of the car is. (Concours, autocross, cruising etc.)

Only if he enters The "UN-restored" / original class in a Concours will
it

help. All other classes allow replacement tires!
