The notchs on the camber cam, and the notchs on the toe, really have no real
meanings. Adjust the camber so the visual look of the rear wheels is
straight vertical. Toe should be checked with a tape measure at 9 and 3
0'clock, equally. This is with the wheels on the ground, and rolled back and
forth to equalize.
These will get you to the alignment professional.
There is a booklet on how to do this yourself with homemade tools, available
from the vendors (written by Fred Johnson), these will get you close, but
I'm more comfortable with the front end profesional and his equipment.
