Picked up the fall 1962 issue of Automobile Quarterly with a nice layout on 
the three 61 sedans "Daring the Darien" Question is where are they now? Also a 
nice article on the 62 Super Spyder.

I have heard from reliable sources that they were left in the jungle.  One of our club members had Ranger training there and said he saw one.  They were bangeg up after the adventure.
