Well that is a definite maybe.

The first issue is that GM wheels are designed to register on the hubs for 
centering however many years of aftermarket wheels and people running 
spacers (about 3 mm is the max to keep the hub register) have centered on 
the lugs without problem.

The lug nut issue is simple - you need long shank lug nuts designed for mag 
wheels DO NOT try to use acorn seat (standard GM) nuts or you will ruing 
the wheels (or at least the unilugs). Long shank nuts extend into the wheel 
to provide both a centering surface and allow enough threads to be engaged 
for safety.

So many thousands of people have used that kind of wheel happily and id it 
doesn't vibrate you are golden. Just make sure you get the right lug nuts 
for the wheel.
