Florida has an enormous number of specialty plates and personalized plates 
(my count is 165) ranging from $15-$25 extra per year and is considered a 
revenue source http://www.hsmv.state.fl.us/html/all-h.pdf  . There are 
several for "Historical Vehicles" (my Monza qualifies) on the bottom of 
page 3 but I consider them rather plain. The yearly registration fee 
depends on the weight of the vehicle: $25 & change for cars under 2599 lbs 
and $35 for over. (plus various assorted minor fees).
