try spraying mists of water (or unlit propane torch gas) at base of carbs while keeping it running. look for changes in idle due to small leaks. i realise you have good "readings" but it sttill might be in that area. check at balance tube hoses etc also. i assume all adjustments have been carefully checked?? regards, tim colson
