I thought the rule-of-thumb for racing is that wheel width equals tread 
width. You apparently disagree.

The 215/65's are awfully tall. 26.0" diameter. Stock 7.00-13's were 
about 25.3" Are you planning on using these for general street use or 
for an economy run? If you want a tall tire that that is generally 
available, you might look at a 215/60-15 - 25.16".
