Good friend of mine who has a lot of experience as a general mechanic, service writer, and claims adjuster came over to return a scan tool. His opinion was that one of the carbs has an internal vacuum leak that is preventing a proper idle. Is there a place on the HV Rochester that is susceptible to this ? Have had a lot of quadrajets apart but no HVs. Padgett
