Not really, as far as I know.  The usual problem is the "Bleed tube" [ 
needlelike] in the cluster....it's small..0.015" [ wire brush strand works] and acts 
as you describe..as well as otherways!

Most usually...

1  When engine starts...it never seems to run on all 6 immediately

2  When dopped into gear [pg]  it dies...

3  it sputters at low speeds...
