This was the point of my initial post. I'm  not the forum "stormtrooper" and 
don't write tickets. The original publisher  and/or author could sue the 
person that posted the copyrighted material, the  site that unknowingly contained 
the copyrighted web page, and the sponcor of  the forum where the post was 
made. That last one means CORSA. I sure don't  want my CORSA dues going to 
defending this sort of legal action.

It one  thing to make a copy of a few pages and privately handing it to your 
buddy,  still illegal. But posting it on a public forum is completely  
different.

In general, you are absolutely correct; in this particular instance, the  
publisher (Finch Publishing) and the author (Richard Finch) are known to be  
Corvair people; they would, no doubt have something to say but I doubt they  would 
try to take legal action against Corsa or VV.
