<VV> Definition of concours

I plan to do so as per my previous email on the tale of two cars.  I
don't know that I'll do it twice, but maybe.  However, that doesn't help
others who feel intimidated or otherwise put off by the Concours.

I appreciate and understand your position, but I still believe there can
be more than one level of competition.  Especially one that isn't as
off-putting to many people as concours seems to be.
