Can't have it on the license plate, but apparently it's OK to publish
pictures of it in the newspaper (and internet).

It looks to me like the complaint has drawn the attention of the entire
state, so that everyone can see it. That's like saying "Don't look at this
naked woman, this one - right here!!!".
