<VV> "FNADER" is catching on

Several "F somethings" didn't work, must be lots of "Freds" in Ohio. However, FNADER2 worked. I think that is only looking to see if the tag is in used or on a banned list. If you read the fine print when you get a successful tag, it says that the tag is subject to final approval.
