With a heavy heart I announce the final installment of the 7500 mile 
trip (which turned into an _almost_ 10,000 mile trip).

The ladies have made it safely home, bringing with them additional 
stories and pictures. Though we will likely be adding some photos to the 
web page in the future as we go through their digital archives, the 
story for the most part is now told.

We appreciate the encouragement, suggestions, interest, and general 
support that we have received from the Corvair community (as well as the 
VW community, Mini community, etc). We've received emails from all over 
the world from folks following along!

In particular, I want to publicly thank John Moody, not only for his 
imagination and skill  in the creation of the vehicle that made this all 
possible, but also for his unbridled enthusiasm and daily encouragement 
both to me and directly to Marianne and Katherine. We all  looked 
forward to his emails (always both informative and entertaining) and 
felt that he was along for the ride as an active participant.

Hopefully in return, we've provided some entertainment and, hopefully, 
some motivation for you to do your own "adventure". If two ladies 
without much mechanical experience can pull off a 10,000 mile 
unsupported trip, then the prospects for those of us with a little more 
experience are unlimited! Go out and enjoy those vehicles!!!
