[Cash Case]

I used a pry bar under the post mount. I pulled it up as much as I  
could. It's about a 1/32 to 1/16 of an inch too low still, but I'm  
going to use a felt washer under the wiper arm so that if it's just  
too low it will rub the felt and not the paint.
