Hey Sam, The 65 seats are interchangeable so I don't see any reason
that 64's wouldn't work.
When I restored Darth Vair in 1996 I ordered new bottom seat springs
and bottom side springs from
Year One. The springs were listed for a 1964 GTO and were identical
to Corvair. I also used the Chrome
side pieces for the seat backs on both sides of the seat backs and if
you see a 1964 GTO you will notice
that they also "chromed" both side pieces of the seat backs which was
unlike a stock Corvair which only
had chrome on the outside seat sides and painted metal on the inside
seat backs. The seat runners will
of course need to be changed from Corvair to Pontiac so they will
match up woth the Pontiac floorboards.
