<VV> Speedo damage.

  My son went over a curb in the Corsa & the speedo now reads DOUBLE the actual speed. I went under the car & the steel tube that comes out of the drivers side hub was pushed into one of the mounting studs for the brake caliper. I bent it clear, but the speedo is still doubling. I've heard of speedos just breaking & reading zero, but never doubling. Any experience out there??
