Ron,

Where do you get your large nuts?

The factory stud for the belt adjuster is fine thread.   Matter of fact I
just ordered some 3/8 fine thread coupler nuts from Grainger this afternoon.
Rather than buy a special tool for each of the Corvairs I drive or keep
switching  the wrench from one car to another,  the nuts are pretty cheap.
Graniger did have the 3/8 and 1/4 flange bolts for the shrouds in stock.
