Just putting up one more plug for our upcoming Hot Air Affair. We try to
keep each CTD different and interesting, but this year things are going over
the top and around the bend! (me too in all likelyhood)

What started out as a passing comment, "Hey, lets invite the other air
cooled cars in town" has snowballed into something that may turn out to be
unique for the NW. Not content to simply send out a few invitations, we've
been prowling the net, and canvassing the island and lower mainland looking
for unique air cooled vehicles to attend the show. We've placed over 200
posters all over Vancouver Island promoting the event. We've prowled forums
and joined ennumerable email lists. The result has been over 600 hits on
the download page in less than 10 days!

Any idea how many Tatras are in B.C.? (Answer is :Two) So we located the
owners and invited them.

Did you know Honda made an air-cooled car? (Answer is: I didn't) But once I
found out I tracked down an owner here on the island, and invited them. Same
with the Subaru 360s, a pickup no less!

Morgan 3 wheelers anyone? It's pre-war, but there is a beauty of an example
here on the west coast of the island. I had a nice chat with the owner, and
he should be coming.

Today's adventure was hearing about a mint Messerschmitt bubble car on
Galiano Island. Tomorrow's adventure will be finding out who the heck owns
it, and making sure they know about the show.

So if you live in the NW or BC and you're not doing anything the weekend of
Sept 15-17th. Give some thought to coming over to attend A Hot Air Affair.

We look forward to seeing you!

The only regret you'll have, is missing it!
