<VV> Dual Exhaust Worth It?

Just pondering...

'64 Monza, 110, 4 speed. Is switching to dual exhaust all that much of
a benefit? Daily driver, occasional loooong road trips, occasional
autocross.  Can I realistically expect any performance
improvements...mileage....power.... or just the coolness factor of 2
exhaust pipes?
