That's interesting and I don't know the differences.  I have heard suggested in
Popular mechanics to use diesel rated oils in classic cars.  The additive
packages  seem to still include things that are detrimental to cats.  Delo 15W40
or 10W30 seem to be given raves by many and rated "universal oils" by all
industries.  Great price range...
