I just spent $15 to have a machine shop press a pittman arm bushing in place. That has motivated me to buy a shop press. My question is - what capacity do I need for general purposes like bearings, bushings, and whatever else. Northern Tool has a selection from $35 for a 1/2 ton to $109 for a 12 ton. (and way beyond that). Suggestions? Thanks very much. Dennis.
