<VV> Highrise air cleaner

Nice in concept except for the fact that it takes at least ten diameters of 
straight pipe downstream stream of an elbow to even out the flow.  There may 
be some other things influencing it in this case.  I'll try it to see if I 
can notice any change in mileage.
