Howdy Again,
I guess I should fill you folks in on a few facts I guess I left out. My 
FC lives at about 6,000 feet in Colorado. Every thing boils at a lower 
temperature here. Water boils at about 200F. I think.  Vapor lock occurs 
in the fuel pump when the pump pulls fuel in. When the temperature is 
high enough and the vapor point is low enough a vapor bubble forms { 
pump will not pump} and holds both the inlet and outlet valve closed 
until  things cool off.
