<VV> Window Crank Spline

I don't know which way the clips should go. Mostly, I install them  
opposite the handle. To remove, I push the tool beneath the handle.  
Right or wrong, that's how i do it: except when I do it the other way  
and forget and need to try both ways of removal.

BTW, are the handle positions specified anywhere? i have window  
cranks set so they're horizontal with windows closed. Door handle is  
set horizontal.    ron 65,66
