Three possibilities come to mind (there may be more).

1 - Ron already spoke to loose lug nuts.
2 - Full wheel covers will can have a bit of flex to them and sometimes 
squeak.
3 - If the car sits for long periods, there could be a bit of rust on the 
shocks.

If the heater hose rubs on the axle half shaft - you'll see a shiny spot on 
the axel - a BIG clue.
