The interesting thing that I remember about the campaign for the 1960 
Corvair "intro" was that GM showed a 1959 Chevy Impala and littler very next 
to it, saying not to expect the new smaller Chevy to look the same, just 
smaller.  It will be completely different.

Contrast that with the 1963 "Chevy II" that looked like a miniature 63 
Chevy, especially the rear "cove" area was exactly the same.

I think "Nova" came out as the "high end" Chevy II ?

That was there answer to a cheaper car (to build) than the Corvair ?
