I seriously doubt that ANY state uses the amount of salt used per winter as the criterion for determining whether or not a vehicle qualifies as "antique". Most, if not all state use an arbitrary amount of years - typically 25. But... It does make me kind of wonder about the location of Corvair Ranch. Later, JR
