<VV> Convertible damper canisters

Sam,
As JR said, you will get some differing opinions, but in MHO, handling  would 
not be affected to any degree. The canisters are there to damp body shake.  
So if removed, there would be more body flexing and cowl shake allowing the  
windshield to shake/vibrate.
