<VV> (no Corvair) hand controls and stick shift

Humm, you must be thinking of the older orange or the green 
tractors.  Red tractors and the older gray and red tractors (IHC) 
have had a foot clutch and two brake petals since 1914.  Only the 
three levers for the  "touch controls"  hydraulics are on the 
steering mast.  There are two red tractors out in the pole barn of 
you want to take a look.
