<VV> PG adjustment nightmare

The groove is for an O ring seal.
The lateral travel of the TV shaft is controlled by the internal link. It's 
spline to go on only one way and is held in place by a pinch bolt (5/16 hex 
head, I think). Without the O ring, the shaft will move laterally very 
easily, how much, I don't know, but it will leak ATF.
