Cash,  Replace everything.  The pilot bushing, the throw-out  bearing, seal, 
pressure plate and flywheel (and do the bell housing crank seal  at the same 
time).  Sounds like the pressure plate and/or  flywheel  and the throw-out 
bearing is probably bad too.. Let us know what parts were the  worst.
