<VV> Brakes

I'm checking out a brake problem on a persons 66 Monza 4-speed.
Car sits more than driving but everything looks to be in overall good shape.
Left rear locks up..............very easily.
Pulls left solidly.
Found no leakage at any wheel cylinders, yes peeled back cups, and checked 
movement.
cleaned brake shoes with brake cleaner just to get some dust build up off.
All hardware looks relatively new.
Yes I know if it pulls to the left the problem (maybe) on the right. Right 
side was sorely out of adjustment, compared to left. Emergency is not 
dragging.
Bled rears with my new power bleeder. Fluid very clean.
I do feel though as using the brakes several times I am getting a fade. Like 
maybe something is hanging up.
So whats next move?
Replace hoses?
Shoes on general principals?
Bleed fronts?
Turn drums.
