<VV> No Brake Lights UPDATE

Weird things happen when the grounding is not 100%.  I've seen the license 
plate light flash when the turn signal was supposed to be lighting the L or 
R rear bulbs.  It's called backfeed.  I call it - the juice finding whatever 
is the easiest ground to find.  It happens when the bulbs are in place! 
Can't happen (I don't think) otherwise.
