Further problem - turbo apparatus may have been installed on a non-turbo 
"block" ?

Looks like it may be a 3 speed car?  Black shifter with black ball?

Does not have a Spyder dash nor any exterior Spyder badging. Looks like body 
was redone and ALL badging removed. Missing the hard to find chrome tire 
protector also.
