<VV> Limited Corvair, Government responsibilities

Except for the fact that as a public road there would be no fees and you 
could drive your Corvair on it whenever you want.  Only one party wants only 
toll roads and high priced schools only for those who don't have to ask "how 
much".  Thank goodness, there's another party.
