It is possibly a 64 radio and its is a  Delco box does not appear to have been modified (original paint)
rear and front suspension are from a 64 along with dash, glove box radio plate, hub caps. engine trans, but has a 63 vintag

 The Factory said 1964 - but I have never seen one. But the installation of  a similar era Buick/Olds/Pontiac AM/FM radio is a common upgrade. Those had a  close rectangular opening. - Seth
