++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

They get a couple or three guys with crescent wrenches and threaded rods
to wrestle around on the floor with the cross member and hope for the
best

OR

They place the parts in an assembly fixture machine and put both sides
together at one time with no risk to the assemblers. If you or one of
your
friends has one of those assembly machines it would then be perfectly
safe to do the job outside of the car.
