10-4 on the power supply ... also, the local computer joint I frequent last
time I was there had a sale on complete desktops, including monitors for $50
... these were used, with W98, or 2000 etc. etc.   worked just fine.

Oh, computer strippers usually have those older power supplies used for $5
to $19.99 ... suggest you try those mainly because it only takes 3 minutes
to plug in a new one ...  take your old one out and show it to the computer
geeks, so you get one that will fit/work.

your computer.
