Check the Nov. 2007 Communique article on my cruise control on my 65 Sport Sedan...edited by Craig Nicol.  JC Whitney still sells the basic cruise control, and Rostra Precision will supply the speed sensor kit and the "Fiero extension" cable to reach from the front of car to the rear engine.

They also have a new design using servo motor rather than vacuum, but I don't know if anyone has installed one on a Vair yet.
