Since the classified ads in the magazine are free, why not just leave 
them out altogether?  Why have them if they are not viable by the time 
the magazine is delivered??   Corsa Classifieds will still be there, and 
there won't be any reason to complain about late magazine delivery ... 
(btw, my April issue arrived yesterday).
