I could see that being spun the opposite way.  "See, Nader was right - those 
cars are unsafe".

So, I'm not really sure if I'd like to see a CORSA requirement for belts. 
What about the so called "trailer queens" which only move from the trailer 
to the show field and back again?  Belts required???
