<VV> CORSA Memberships

Folks
This is a can that should not be opened. 
Some chapters require CORSA membership for Chapter membership, some do not. 
Some chapters charge members more for chapter membership if they don't belong to CORSA.  Some don't. 

Mike and Harry have enough to do, and I doubt they'd be interested in getting mucked up in chapter finances. 

Leave this one alone!
