<VV> Another plea for code number research

Hi everyone... I was hoping to see a lot more unfamiliar cars at the CORSA
convention in Ventura but alas, I didn't see many that were new to me. I was
especially hoping to see more LA-built cars to help with a couple of
projects. In any case, perhaps some of you out there in virtual Corvairland
can help--especially those of you new to Virtual Vairs since I last posted
about this. Here goes:

If you have a 1965 or 1966 Corvair and one or both of the battery cables
appear to be original, please let me know and I'll ask you for a few bits of
info. I have been narrowing down when a few switches in battery cable part
numbers were made but there are some significant holes still in the data.

If you have a 1967 Corvair and the VIN ends somewhere in the range of 121403
- 122758, please contact me. I am confident that the switch from a long to a
short hazard flasher switch knob occurred in this range but it would be nice
to pinpoint it. This represents body build dates from the third week of
March through the third week of April, 1967.

Thanks,

--Kent
