The print Communique was put in the mail in Jefferson City, Missouri on
April 22. When can you expect it? That question can only be answered by the
US Postal Service.

Correct. Most of the delivery problems we have are with the Postal
Service's Sectional Center Facilities. The unfortunate thing is the only
one you can complaint to about bad service is your local postmaster.

The E version was conceived as an ADDITION to the print Communique, to add
to the value of membership and to offset the delivery irregularities of the
US Postal System. We're trying to offer you more choices and options of how
you receive the Communique.

The online version uses a 'Flash' module to load individual jpg files for
each page. Each file is between 250 kb and 600 kb. It is **not** simply one
large PDF file, as to keep the load time of the pages at a minimum.
