<VV> Modulator valve

I'll ask this one last time as no-one seems to know the answer, or if  
they do, they're not talking (at least not about pertinent mechanical  
issues of the Corvair).
What is the proper vacuum HG for the PG vacuum modulator to begin  
opening and reach its maximum aperture as measured with a Mityvac  
attached to the end (this is one that is not installed yet) ?
