...this one is suspect, in that the cast pulley didn't come along until the '64 model year.   Of course, for replacement purposes it *could* be construed as correct... sorta.   ;)

...here we have another issue in that I've never seen a '68 FC.

...no more so than they already were... ;)  

I'll still go with the rule of thumb that if it's a 2.94" stroke engine, you put a balancer on it, either way, whether it had a balancer originally or not.
