It is easy to squabble among ourselves and point the finger
at all the minor contributing factors.  Ignored has been the 
adversive business climate created by unreasonable and
irrational regualtions and taxation by the federal government.

But this discussion needs to go to VV-talk ... Please go there
for my response ... if you are interested.
