<VV> Occasional Oil Smoke puff

Check the PCV system.  I haven't run into this on a Corvair, but  
several other cars had the exact same problem and it was either the  
PCV had been disconnected by a PO, or the system was clogged.   
Putting it back the way it was supposed to be fixed it.
